Well If you keep tabs on HALB at OTC Markets, Maddox was removed as CEO and Katz appointed Trustee just recently and as of today Maddox is back as CEO but Katz is still listed as Trustee. This tells me that Katz and SMW are still working the courts to gain control of the company. Seems like SMW always gets the judgment in their favor and Maddox somehow gets the company back.

The big picture here is to attempt a major pump here shortly. Sure hope they use better pumpers than they have in the past. If you are following all six companies involved in this WOM agreement you can see it developing. So far none of the stocks are busting out on major runs. I think they are going to sell the shares that were swapped at what ever price they can and it will spread the load and blame so wide that the SEC will have their work cut out rounding up all the parties involved in this scam.
