Again, my post simply pointed out that she may not be the right attorney for this job, especially against such strong, established, and experienced counsel.
There is enough dancing around going on, when it comes to peoples money, I don't think making such a statement was out of line.
Cynthia has every right to retain whatever counsel she wants, I just think perhaps we are getting off topic since the purpose of her attorney is to defend Cynthia against her own liability, not necessarily to win back the company.
And perhaps the cost is being paid for by someone else.... ;)
