Agree 100%---A few things are apparent---alot of hard work is finally paying off.The orders have finally moved from the 1-2 Mom and Pop installs to those of much more substance (My GUESS---will always utilize the single unit installs)Also,the company seems to have taken a MUCH stonger stand on putting this good news out in a timely basis.I personally dont know what level of contact they currently have wih the trade jourmnals----but,I agree,the more news out the better.In my humble OPINION---the tide has turned for Eco Safe,that it has taken longer than most have wished means absolutely nothing to me,that some targeted potential clients of years ago didnt pan out means even less----this company is on track NOW.And as I speculated earlier---my SPECULATION---I think just this restaurant business could put Eco in the BLACK THIS YEAR !!!!!---and it sounds like there is ALOT more than that cooking !!
