They are not growing every quarter; that's only true if you look at the prior year. They had a good Q3 last year, then they had 3 straight quarters that did not match the revenues; it was only this last Q3 where they had a mere 15% growth compared to Q3 of last year.

Q4 a year ago was half of what Q3 had been; that's not growth!
