Chris Nelson pulls another fast one on investors?

The WHE Generation website hasn't changed since it was put up, and after the two private placement rounds, Nelson hasn't started to file the promised paperwork to list stock.

But guess what pops up now? The Q2Power company, with the usual suspects as management. They even claim to have licensed the Cyclone patents and have the Popular Science award.

The Ohio Secretary of State business registration search finds WHE Generation, but not this new Q2Power. Same address, but different phone numbers for the two companies.

Cyclone hasn't mentioned Q2Power, and it's not normal for them to stay quiet on anything they could brag about.

It's also interesting how Chris Nelson and WHE Gen is supposed to be $150K behind in payments to Cyclone, but now Q2Power claims to have a license on the Cyclone patents, and lots of staff being paid. Cyclone hasn't filed with the SEC saying they licensed their patents to anyone else.

They seem to have a newer design for the 3 cylinder, rotary valve WHE engine. The photo shows the Phoenix Power waste oil boiler that was in Florida:
