I put together the timeline of the Mark 5 engine announcements with links to SEC and other documents: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyclone_Mark_V_Engine

Here's the letter to shareholders from one year ago: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=61010517

Some of the greatest hits:

"Based on these milestones, we feel confident that our sales for the limited first generation WHE-DR will be approximately $2 million in 2014"

Actual sales in 2014: $0

"Forming a joint operating agreement with our manufacturer, Precision CNC, including moving our waste-to-power division (Cyclone-WHE) into their facility – a new building with the equipment and growth capacity to ramp up to production of over 30,000 engines per year;"

Actual production in 2014: 0

"Establishing a base of over 100 potential customers inquiring about the first WHE-DR engines, and obtaining letters of interest for the initial 300 engines from our current partners, and early commitments for over 6,000 engines during the first five years of production"

Actual number of engines sold in 2014: 0

"We are now seeking follow-on funding from both military and private groups to advance the technology into Phase 2 for durability and performance enhancement."

Actual amount of follow-on funding obtained in 2014: 0

"With additional resources, our R&D team will also move towards completion of the Mark 5 project this year. This engine is to be delivered to Combilift for clean-burning material lift equipment, and used in Cyclone’s land speed record (LSR) streamliner to attempt a run for the fastest steam car on earth."

Actual number of Mark 5 engines completed in 2014: 0

Actual number of engines delivered to Combilift in 2014: 0

Actual number of engines installed in the land speed record car in 2014: 0

Notice a pattern?

Here's Harry in 2008: http://www.engineeringtv.com/video/Cyclone-Waste-Heat-Engine This video has the mockup lawnmower Harry said would be on the market in a year or 18 months. He's never demonstrated a lawnmower with a real engine in all the years since.

In fact, every statement he made was just speculation. He had not then, and still has not, made a working engine according to his patented design. But that didn't keep him from making claims as if they were well established fact.

Three months ago they announced 10 "Mark 1" engines were to be built: http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/cyclone-power-technologies-authorizes-pre-production-of-mark-1-engines-pinksheets-cypw-1965749.htm Not a word about them since. No pictures, drawings, details or anything. More vaporware? Or maybe they didn't pay the machine shop that was building them? Or maybe, like every other Cyclone engine, they just didn't work.
