NEWS-HVEL & NTEK SHARE STRUCTURE - I received confirmation from NTEK IR Elaine Cullivan that the HVEL Divy will be based on the HVEL O/S of 3.5M and NOT the 45 A/S. This is very good news for all old HVEL SH.

Please refer to my post # 278292 for the example of what you will receive in HVEL free shares if you were a NTEK shreholder as of 2/6/15.

Hard to contain my excitement for all NTEK & new HVEL (NTGL gaming SH) for what will truly be an amazing year ahead. This company rocks !!
