So what is happening? Cohen was expected a ruling on February 4 and that did not happen. Green sends a letter apologizing for something that should have happened a month ago but her horses got out. Alias is not saying much but appears to be upset (did not see his comment). The stock has not moved in spite of the letter from Cohen. Any guesses or in fact simple nothing has happened. I talked to a lawyer and was told filing a complaint of any sort that would get attention could require a lawyer, multiple stockholders and lots of money (better know as lawyers).
