The Board believes that we will need to raise additional capital in order to continue our operations through 2015 and beyond.

Weren't we promised (PROMISED MULTIPLE TIMES) that we would be profitable by now??

I'm thinking that this company is half legit, and half a stock-printing scam. It's not a scam in its essence, of course, but mgt is acting as if it were.

year and years now ... quarter after quarter after quarter ...

MD/mgt, in my sad opinion, are liars. They're smart enough to do so legally (this is all legal).

WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE PROFITABLE BY NOW.
