Those of us from SuperRad days, and before, know, or expect you are right about your comments, except R/S is part of the traditional mode of operation for these scamming sub-penny operations. That lets them rinse and repeat for their next bite at the apple. I remember over a year ago posting we would see 0.0001 before seeing 0.10, this time. I didn't want to be right, as that would mean more poor suckers lost their investments. Only the people who know how, and when to flip for small profits ever win here. They didn't get me this time, except for my big losses with SuperRad being cemented and lost forever. JMO
