SEC did their job and put on the CXAC DTCC Freeze.
AND JB has been BARRED from the Micro Cap Market.
CXAC was TOXIC from the START, WITH TOXIC PARTNERS.

JB NEVER EVEN FILED THE COMPANY REGISTRATION STATEMENT.
The very First Step in filing anything with the SEC.
