There has been some discussion lately on the VGID Board about the CEO posting on that board (BUZZY1030). Basically, one of the posters there states that any CEO that posts to a message board, such as IHUB, must disclose that he is the CEO of that respective company, by some SEC Fair Disclosure Rule. That poster is unwilling to reveal the SEC Rule #, but insists that one exists.

Does anyone here know of such a rule or Rule Number that mandates a CEO to reveal that he is such, on message or chat boards?

Those that enter with certainty, soon realize doubt; While those that enter with doubt, will discover certainty.
