ImageTech Corporation is a privately held company who happens to have the same CEO as Com Gaurd (CGUD).

CGUD is obviously the publicly traded company. Currently the two companies are separate entities... Speculation of a reverse merger came about when the CGUD website link suddenly started redirecting to the ImageTech Corp website. as of 7:24am CST this is no longer happening. CGUD is a pink sheet with current information. Read all the filings on OTC.
