QOIL is not a dead stock. QOIL is a great stock to own.

Let's compare QOIL to IN** (their similarity):

1) I'm owing IN** (40ML shares), IN** has NO (zero) revenue.

2) IN** A/S is about maxed out and r/s is coming.

However, I'm still holding IN** without panic selling.

My Point is "QOIL will be up" and as good as IN** or even better.
