In the most recent 10Q that was released on Nov. 14th, that covered the months of July, August and September, we had about 238K of sales (about 80K per month). In their most recent 10K that covered nine months up to June 30th, 2014; we had about 723K of sales (i.e. about 80K per month). Earlier, they were also in the money losing server business and now all the sales are coming from kcnap and ctc.

In the most recent 10Q that was released on Nov. 14th, that covered the months of July, August and September, we had about 131K cost of sales (about 44K per month). In their most recent 10K that covered nine months up to June 30th, 2014; we had about 473K cost of sales (i.e. about 52K per month).

In the most recent 10Q that was released on Nov. 14th, that covered the months of July, August and September, we had about 562K operating expenses (about 187K per month). In their most recent 10K that covered nine months up to June 30th, 2014; we had about 1.9 M operating expenses (i.e. about 211K per month).

In the most recent 10Q that was released on Nov. 14th, that covered the months of July, August and September, we had about 237K net loss (about 79K per month). In their most recent 10K that covered nine months up to June 30th, 2014; we had about 4.9 M net loss (i.e. about 533K per month). Do we see the difference because of getting out of the server business?

It seems that we are on an upward trajectory on every metric despite all the reorg., etc. They seem to have reduced the note holders at a huge scale as well. IMHO, averages don't paint the accurate picture as the picture is getting better every month, and things should be better in the present months than what averages are telling us. The upcoming 10Q that should be released before Feb. 15th covering the months of Oct., Nov., & Dec. 2014 will be interesting to check to get the idea of the current state of the business.
