My thought has been, they want to push out a 10Q after the R/M before the pr machine gets rolling.

I'm hanging on, I see this trading 2-3c eventually and maybe higher based on DD of the annual battery production output and other products

They were about 6 weeks after last Q ending before filing, so maybe mid-Fed possibly
