I wanted to chime in on the CFO resignation. He resigned to take a position with higher pay . I don't believe it was a result of him being offended by a $10 option or a loss of faith in the company. The other position was something available now and like others have said he had to do what was best for him and his family. I am sure he would have liked to keep those options as they had a strike price near the current stock price. He just needed to wait until the stock reached $10 to be vested. If you think about it that is a great incentive.
The fact that we have a new young bright engineer just reinforces my belief in the company.
I know my 5 years as an investor may make me a newbie but I do have faith that the products being developed have an excellent chance to propel the company forward and the stock price with it.
