That 450,000 shares in ONE TRADE is the equivalent of ~90% of today's total volume and ~3.5 times the 10 day average volume. The price of $3.10 is also 12 cents less than the closing price and 2 cents below the low of the day.

Obviously somebody wanted to get rid of a chuck of shares bad enough to sell at a discount and somebody was willing to buy them. Other than that, I don't know what to think...

Anyone have opinions on the 450K T trade after hours? - shaner
