According to Edgar, Chris Nelson still hasn't started filing the paperwork to register WHE Generation stock.

That might have something to do with the Round 1 financing only raising half the target, and half of that being skimmed off by Harry & Frankie. (And he's still $150K behind in those payments.)

I imagine disclosing that his only product (a) isn't covered by any Cyclone patents, and, (b) has not been able to run for 200 hours even after a year and a half of work by Ohio State, and, (c) his customers can't legally use his engines until their systems are certified to the ASME Boiler Code, and, (d) his existing "customer" has no definite plans to buy anything, and, (e) he's broke, might be slowing things down.

We could probably plot out his cash burn, but given his priority to spend his cash on buying stock back from Cyclone, yet coming up $150K short, he must be tapped out by now.

I wonder if he's figured out that OSU didn't promise they'd make the engine work, they only promised they'd test bearing materials?

Did that dedicated manufacturing facility in Ohio ever materialize? They were supposed to be making 1500 engines per month by now, according to Mr. Nelson.
