With the form 3 and 4's, I'm not sure which way things will go....It's all up in the air.....Was this done because they had to convert now or did they do this because of what is to come.....Maybe align NXOI with Rbiz?? possibly or possibly not but either it is a good thing or we are in for a let down.....I'm optimistic myself so........
