BB, as near as I can tell, you have been the closest thing to Brad's confidant for years.
Is there anything in all those emails he has sent you over the years that you might be able to use to do what Chib suggested and put him in prison?
I don't know how much money you lost on this thing, but I am guessing a lot. Don't get mad, get even. The way I see it, if there is anyone who might have enough on Brad to get him in trouble, it is you.
Also: who have you been in contact with on this issue, other than Brad? Do you think that the former management might be able to tell you the truth?
Another thought: A while back, you said that you had conducted some in-depth investigation of the Snohomish County case. Is there anything from that investigation that might be of value now? For better or worse, you just might be the person on the outside that knows the most about what Brad/Fred have been up to, not least because of your investigations.
