If you saying that NOHO will be pumped again - then you are stating that NOHO filed a fraudulent 8-K.

Then there is even more bad news - NOHO filed a NT 10-K on December 02, 2014 - which is a extension to file the annual report.

The problem is that in the filing they stated:

The registrant will file the annual report on or before December 15, 2014.

Well, they missed that deadline.

If you have followed any of the Gelmon/Hipple tickers - be prepared for current shareholders to be taken out before a new business model is introduced.
