I don't know about this company; I only saw it as a bankruptcy play. Don't worry; the good stuff it made will continue to be available, and probably refined in better business hands. And if the guys behind their inventions feel like they have new ortho surgical equipment to invent, they might get hired by whoever ends up with the sold business lines. Or they might find some new financier suckers to start over again with a new public company! I've seen it happen again and again.
