Treaty's stock promoter Platon Petratos does not bother checking facts. He willingly misleads (lies to) investors. I also doubt that he knows anything about drilling rig values. Petratos also does not seem to understand that reporting fraud and theft to the SEC and FBI is not illegal and that it would be the fraudsters that would be arrested not those that reported the fraud...
