Those properties were available for a reason - they were worthless. Only good for one thing - stock promotion.

Good rule of thumb when dealing with juniors - there are not properties available anywhere with economic deposits of minerals just laying around, waiting for a penny stock to come along and exploit it. Juniors are known as "junior exploration companies" for a reason. The only properties available or those that require significant (and expensive) amounts of exploration. Years and millions of dollars. 99% of all properties have nothing of economic value. If they are very very lucky, that years of work by trained professionals may result in something with some potential. The exploration business is hard. VERY hard.

Just sitting around and claiming your property has valuable minerals without doing any significant exploration, if any at all, is clearly impossible. And an obvious fraud.
