Should NTEK shareholders receive a spinoff that would cause those presently short NTEK to ..blah blah blah...

First the short story is baloney...

Second, ntek shareholders will be given 1 share for every 'n' thousand of ntek shares which will be announced as a good thing for ntek shareholders.

In essence a reverse split with original ntek shareholders having under 50 shares of a empty ligated scam shell...such a deal.
