Yes. I know it was suspended, and that is verified. Why? That cannot be VERIFIED.

The SEC suspends microcaps because of Rule 144 violations by the insiders dumping shares. Try to find SEC litigation against microcaps which doesn't involve illegal share dumping.

I have 35 mill shares and personal 350k invested in this as a calculated bet for.

That's interesting... 35M shares/$350K = $100/shr average price. The highest close for KMAG was $5/shr 06-Apr-2006.

It has been trading for the past 2+ yrs. Several flip trade runs 005 <---> 01. Each time the cult herd got excited, and bought at 01 they became more tapped out. Currently the cult herd drowning in 01 paper not wanting to sell for a loss. Ghost Tweeter gang not willing to bid more than 005, hoping a SH Party will generate one last flip trade at 01 with volume.

I have not sold any.

Doesn't matter if one buys, holds, or sells at this point in time or in the future.
