Targin works for ADT but was originally developed to help for both pain and the associated constipation that sometimes comes with using Opioids.

Naloxone is fast acting and short lived. Used for treating overdose in ER but I don't think it stops people from crushing the drug in their mouth and abusing that way. Because it is short lived and fast acting the effects are more severe when abused. Naltrexone is much more subtle, last long without as severe an effect...and works orally.

Want to hear something funny? Elite could easily create a Targin that actually solved all three problems. One bead Naltrexone, One bead slowly leaked Naloxone for constipation and the opioid bead....But the ADT effect of Naloxone is problematic
