LOL funny when he raised the A/S from 150 million to 1 BILLION he told us he wouldn't be using those shares and they were for "PROTECTION" And as we see the O/S is at least 850 million. SO we see that was a flat out lie. He raised it to pay down the debt as he had all these creditors knocking on his door. So what was the next move how about raising it now to 20 BILLION. LOL oh yeah he has a plan. LOL And when he then does what every pinkie does a REVERSE SPLIT all those stuck holding lose it all but he can try and line up a new class of suckers.
