$ELTP going for ADT labeling which is the very best. While the FDA okayed Targin/Targiniq as an ADT, based on Purdue's request, it is a farce as it is easily abused. Targin/Targiniq has been marketed in Europe for 8-9 years and is an anti-constipation opioid drug NOT an ADT. Co-drug Naloxone is released at all times to block intestinal mu receptors for anti-constipation purposes.
