Also, he is not saying the SEC would suspended for growing pot, rather for saying the SEC gave the green light by approving the S1 when in fact the SEC did neither approve nor disapprove the S1, it just became effective by default under the 20 day rule and claims that the SEC approved of the S1 is a criminal offense as stated in the S1.
