I don't come across companies with huge revenue increases qtr over qtr that have just cleaned up toxic debt that also have a month to go before a major vote to do a r/s and a/s...do you ?

If it's not so rare than I will happily await 3-4 examples from you of other companies that went through the exact situation and how it turned about both pre and post split.
