they have announced about two dozen contracts signed in the last two years

none of which produced any business or revenues and had to be rescinded

turns out the technology never worked full scale


CTLE is a scam and will continue to be a scam

worth keeping any eye on....seems like a big contract if they get it. I'm not all that familiar with the stock but got an email with the press release.
