The water treatment thing is obviously a scam as Tesarski refused to give any details about what went in and what came out. Certainly no 3rd party test results... The Peace River deal is likely fantasy as well. Treaty has absolutely nothing to offer them. It's a oil sands play and to deep to open pit mine so it needs to be steamed out and way out of Treaty Energy's league for sure. The only option for Treaty to get in that would be cold hard cash and Treaty has none of that either...
