Very true most hedge funds wont touch a stock under $4 because the small share price is too risky because when you bet millions of dollars you push the stock price more in a thinly traded stock. There are actually pros and cons of a RS. There are minimum standards and if they violate them the managers are usually gone. If we can get to $4 by drilling 500 wells, then uplisting the next $10 will be way easier but I believe this will only occur after oil has partially recovered.

NASDAQ stocks tend to be 40% more volatile so if its good news...Its 40% higher than if it traded on NYSE based on the MM vs the broker on NYSE who matches buyers and sellers for a flat commission. I hope we uplist to the NASDAQ
