PVEC is an OTC board symbol ... sure, not fully reporting and other admin details lacking but having this symbol alone is worth something.

Ever hear the old adage "try, try again"? Having a bit of experience in trading in pinky land I have found many of these start-upcompanies weathering time and problems to yet rise again. Spunk is a good word. I see a bit of it in this company. I simply have not given up on it or, for that matter, ANY company until seeing some formal closure either in the OTC structure or in otherwise public written format.

None exist here. Besides, there has simply been too much going on here over the years, while fruitless, that has demonstrated a STRONG will to survive. Never say 'Die' seems to be worn on the company's chest.

I find it reasonable to conclude from what I have seen in the past to consider that we have not seen the last of this one. It would not surprise me to yet see another head wag and a tail flip in an effort to move forward in making PVEC viable.

I suggest that anyone having PVEC shares hold tight.
