Regarding complaints:

CIDES made and delivered for testing by facilities owned by NNVC...what part of that is confusing?

In a nutshell that statement is NNVC journey to date accounting for delays and course corrections...

NNVC designed, manufactured, and delivered CIDES using now wholly owned facilities...

No third party could be found...necessitating course correction...

Now NNVC owns their own destiny...on what planet is that a bad thing? To accomplish this in ten years with fifty million will someday be required reading for MBA's. And shouda, coulda reading for those with 20/20 hindsight.
