I have also never seen the likes of a fraudulent scheme like this.

Six companies, all scams, trying to use a SEC exemption for insiders and promoters enrichment.

All at the expense of the public.

I cannot identify a single "bona fide" debt being settled by this Section 3(a)(10) exemption hijacking.

It is my opinion that the SEC will have a field day with these clowns.
