Yeah , there were almost 27 billion of WMI assets going to JPM , everybody knows that, remember the JPMC claims in BK and the duplicative claim by the FDIC ?, remember the EC presentation of all the assets in dispute?,remember the striped fat cat and the big sign "TRUST US" ? that were the assets that we are talking about in the original , and amended filing, all those were resolved in the GSA, that is why I think this discussion is sterile, the FDIC document posted is not referring to WMI assets, but WMB assets, nothing is proved here but the illegality of the seizure of a solvent and well capitalized financial institution by a corrupt government agency to save a too big to fail well connected politically Bank, nothing more, I will let this rest as, as I say previously , this conversation is in my opinion sterile .
