Because for other institutions to buy, it has to be above $5 per covenants of many institutions.

Well that would make sense, not to making it go below $5, but we haven't even been close to that, I think we sniffed at $7 one day, but then it's still 30% down to 5, if they would have put up a wall at 5.5 fine, but why then push it to 9.4 with heavy buying? Its not in their interest atm, sorry I don't buy this argument.

I don't think RHI has the same structure as JF, not since the start of 2014. The airline union got control of their own pensions. Hyper has stated that much of the buying is through CDEL and NITE but once the accounts were switched to Fidelity, 90% goes through NITE. To my mind, this implies centralized ownership, unlike JF.

I guess that's easy for HB to confirm or reject, but if it was that easy to get around as you imply, why does then Avanza and Nordnet have to report all their shareholders holdings.....not extremely important for this discussion though. Maybe Fidelity will report something soon...
I just don't think that ECAB is our "huvudspår" in our guessing game, they don't need and wouldn't want to increase their stake in this investment anymore than they already have, unless they want some quick buck by trading after news arrives, but imo that is not either particularly plausible.
