Does it matter?

Whether or not I own shares has nothing to do with the accuracy of my statements.

As for my motives, still doesn't matter.

This CEO is awful and the pps reflects that quite accurately enough as his history of hiding information (delinquent taxes and tax lien) and deceptive PRs have caught up with him.
