CTO has been or is close to being filed with SEC.

The PK/PD data requested by the FDA is a smoke screen and has been used as excuse to buy time.

There has been low volume for 3 weeks as the final details of this deal Leo has is worked out.

The CTO is to protect CTIX and his soon to be partner from being outbid.

Like George says, there will be news this week as the terms are finally worked out.

The momentous december will now occur in February.
