I agree with you Tarsands. It could take most of this year to get the ducks in a row. The good thing about that is that there are many steps involved so it will be easy to judge the company by its actual movement through the steps.
IMO the 43-101 needs a minimum resource value to make the listing actually work.
The minimum PPS is going to be the key to the listing.

If the resource is smaller than expected the RS needs to be larger but too large and there is no liquidity in the stock which would make it harder to secure financing making the PPS fall and get delisted.

IMO the resource value (if they get it) will be plenty large enough to allow for dilution and selling off after the issuance.

But the RS effect will make some people unhappy. It is too much to guess at right now.

The first thing they need to do is bring back investor confidence. This will only happen by following through with the things they say.

So far so good. If they keep up what they are doing they will have a stock worth investing in long term by the end of 2015
