Old history by now. But Rod actually started this ihub board at the end of '06 or early '07 when the HTI board on Yahoo became over run with Yahooligans. LOL. He was the mod and is responsible for all the stuff you see in the intro at the top of this board. Most if not all of that is outdated but there might be some useful nuggets to be found in there if one is inclined to do some digging. There was a lot of good info shared at that time.
That being said, I don't think either one of us thought that it would take this long for HALO to come to fruition. But we're here now (or so I think), so no worries.
