Going one step further - if the Company is able to secure all the required documentation, with them being acceptable, within the next month presumably they would then have a "Niostar" Listing application (as suggested on a more Senior Exchange ) submitted to the Regulatory Bodies shortly thereafter. Presumably it would take several weeks to complete such an application / Filing if all went well.

Once it is filed it will take several months for it to go through the Filing procedures, comment period Etc. I originally thought that a May / June target period for completion of this phase was realistic. I am now of the opinion that a September Target date is more realistic assuming that this is still the Company's course of action moving forward.
