Not odd at all, Gwen, that Dr. G was in attendance. Both last year as well as this past week he was there, talking largely with "friends" at FDA from his days at DNA and now as head of regulatory affairs at PPHM. Mr. Gingrich, of course, had no current idea what those conversations comprised, topic-wise.

Last year, I was told ~70 FDA employees attended that particular conference. I wonder if there would have been a hand-out identifying the people in attendance from industry, government,and perhaps academia.
