It might be a "game changer" for the company, but it won't be for current shareholders. In a year, the O/S will be well over 2 billion shares. That is if the company hasn't already pulled off its FIFTH devastating Reverse Split by then. Shareholders will be wiped out, but the company will just change its ticker symbol and skip along its merry way, resetting the dilution machine and recruiting a new batch of "loyal longs."
