Buyout would be great. But, Offor would be the man who must be satisfied with the price. His $10 sure seems way out of wack now. So what would Offor be happy with? 10 to 30 cents > think not. 50 to 80 cents > not really. Probably, just over a $1 might make him happy?
And with some 'good potential', might happen, and that might make a lot of people happy, especially Offor, and then we're done with this 'struggle'.
