I looked this up because it just does even begin to sound correct....

and, IMO, it's all spin taken out of context, and exaggeration with "leaps" of opinion......

1) FM (Field Manual)....(and the military has a manual for everything....including how to take a shower)....

FM 3-39.40 is an addendum to FM 3-39....which is: Military Police operations....and is largely about overseas duties as it pertains to prisoners, securing areas, etc....

2) the info about Russian troops guarding FEMA camps is bogus insofar as uniformed foreign troops are not allowed on American soil except as covered by the SOFA agreements....

3) it may be trivial....but, how do we know the pictures provided are substantively accurate relative to the info in the article?

and, I could go on an on.....

the article is, IMO, more BS by the alarmists, sensationalists and spin doctors.......
