I think the strategy they will use will be:

Measured PRs most likely 3 of them starting late next week spread out over the next month and a half prior to the big vote. Most likely 1 PR every 2 weeks (getting better and better as it gets closer to March 10th). This is not a situation where they give 1 great PR early on and stop...they need PPS to continually rise leading up to the vote. They just won't allow any time IMO for a selloff as its such a tight window of time as it is.

I think it will be interesting to see if they give us earnings guidance. Perhaps when actual earnings are announced, it will knock our socks off to make the r/s more palatable. They know they have to step it up in a HUGE way as shareholders have suffered long enough.

* Longs can help themselves by not flipping through this stretch...hold/add more (slap the ask, a must especially if you are rounding up positions with a few thousand shares). THINK IT OUT, the PPS will likely rise right up until the vote and possibly after as well. I would love for it to only be a 1 for 5 but if we could just reach $1 pre-split and go to $5 - that's pretty good in my book ! Every Exec who owns stock would want the most favorable r/s ratio as they would be aligned with the rest of us. I echo what many have said that it will be an interesting February...theatre is over 3/4ths full for what will be a sold out show
